As we get closer to the first major festival of 2016, we are thrilled to announce that we will be kick starting the celebrations in the sweetest possible way. Pongal celebrations in Chennai are incomplete without the iconic sugarcane slices and since we celebrate the city as much as we celebrate the harvest festival, Uber Chennai will be delivering sugarcanes on demand!
On Wednesday, 13th January 2016, between 1pm and 3pm, slide over to the UberPONGAL icon, hit request and you will have 2 boxes of sugarcane slices courtesy BigBasket delivered at your doorstep.
You can request for yourself or your friends/colleagues/family – it is time to spread some cheer across the city!

Slide over to the “UberPongal” icon and hit request
Once confirmed, an Uber will arrive with two boxes of sliced sugarcanes.
