Within pursuance to the order released by the Honourable High Court of Brand new Delhi, dated 25th This summer 2016, Uber is presenting certain caps to our prices.
This change is effective 22nd August, 2016. Uber is incorporating the following principles into our pricing structure.
For outings less than 3 km's during normal hours (5 AM – 11 PM), you will be billed a maximum of Rs. 69 [excluding tolls and service tax]
With regard to trips less than 3 kms during night (11PM-5AM), you will be charged a maximum of Rs. eighty six. 25 (Rs. 69 +25% nighttime charge) [excluding tolls and service tax]
For trips more than 3 kms during normal hrs (5 AM – eleven PM), you will be charged a maximum of Rs. 23 per kilometres [excluding tolls and service tax]
For outings more than 3 kms during night (11PM-5AM), you will be charged no more than Rs. 28. 75 per kilometres [excluding tolls and service tax]

Exactly what happens if my cost was higher than the stipulated pricing? –
Our own team is working circular the clock to ensure that is not happen. However, if you find a problem with your fare, please write to us from the ‘HELP’ section on your Uber app. You may be returned in Uber credits within 4-5 working days.
Are usually tolls & service taxes applicable?
The stipulated prices is exclusive of fees & tolls. They would apply as usual.
